Puttur, Jul 29: 40-year old K M Nataraj, a native of the taluk and a senior advocate, was appointed as the additional advocate general of the state government, on Tuesday July 28.

Nataraj, who has been serving as a lawyer since the last 17 years, has functioned as the legal advisor for various firms including Bangalore Development Authority. After securing his degree in law from SDM Law College, Mangalore in 1992, he started his career as an advocate at JMFC court in Mangalore.
