Mumbai: Special rituals held at Pejavar math during solar eclipse

Mumbai, Dec 26: Special religious rituals and prayers were held at Pejavar math, Santacruz east here during the solar eclipse on Thursday December 26.

Manager of the temple, Dr Ramadas Upadhyaya and other priests conducted pujas at 9.25 am when the sun appeared like a bangle.



Poornaprajna Vidyapeeta Foundation management committee members, B R Gurumoorthi, Pejavar math Mumbai branch’s Niranjan Bhat Gogte, Surendra Kumar Hegde, Shekar Salian, Mitra Shetty, Birla organization’s Bharath Kumar Singh, Dr M Seetarama Alva, Hunnoor family, devotees and pupils took part in the prayers.
