Mumbai, Dec 29: The new chief minister of Mumbai has not yet moved into his official residence in 'Varsha' from his family residence in Matoshree in Bandra. Reportedly the unoccupied bungalow 'Varsha' has been covered with writings on the wall demeaning Uddhav Thackeray. Some of the comments include, 'UT is mean', 'BJP rocks' as reported by local news channels.

Former chief minister Devendra Fadnavis who vacated the building last month called the comments as 'low-level politics'. Meanwhile, Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut stated that the walls can be repainted.

The former chief minister and Congress leader Ashok Chavan claimed that the Bungalow was not a private residence but a government property. He stated that there will be a probe if Thackeray would want one.
