Four bookies arrested for betting on Australia big bash league

Mumbai, Dec 30: Mumbai Crime Branch on Saturday arrested a group of four bookies for betting during the Australian Big Bash League 20-20.
 
As per the directions of the court, the accused have been remanded him in police custody till December 31. The accused have been identified as Vipul Morabia (43) Jimit Parekh (34) Satish Mehta (37) and Vimal Morabia (39).
 
 
The police received information about the betting and raided a garment shop in Dadar. They seized two laptops, six mobile phones, routers, TV and cash collectively worth at Rs 1.75 lac from them.
