Bangalore, Sept 21: Karnataka chief minister B S Yeddyurappa, who recently got India Today journal’s ``fastest mover’’ in handling law and order situation in the entire country, will be undergoing an intense three-day training along with his ministerial colleagues next week.

The training programme is being held at the famous Suttur Mutt in Mysore from September 29 to October 1.

"The main objective of the training is to bring about cohesiveness and collectivism among ministers,’’ according to a senior party leader. ``The idea is to enhance the performance and ensure good and efficient administration.’’

"Building team spirit is the ultimate goal,’’ he said pointing out that the training programme in which the entire state cabinet from the chief minister will be participating will be totally different from the recent brain-storming session held with bureaucrats and ministers.

"Administrative issues will not figure during the training session. It is more of an emotive agenda aimed at building team spirit,’’ he said.

Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi and BJP national general secretary Arun Jaitely will be among the main panel of speakers, all of whom will be mainly from within the party.
