Mumbai: 76th annual friendship meeting held by Ramaraja Kshatriya Seva Sangha

Mumbai, Jan 6: Ramaraja Kshatriya Seva Sangha held its 76th annual meeting at Sudheendra auditorium, GSB Seva Mandala, Sion on Sunday January 5.

Seva Sangha president, Rajkumar Karnad presided over the meet. Honorary chief secretary, Kedarnath R Bolar welcomed the gathering, gave details of the activities during the year and read out the report of the previous year’s annual meeting. Honorary treasurer Navin S Rao tabled the previous year’s accounts.

Office bearers and executive committee members were present. Prizes and scholarships were presented to the community children. Well-known astrologer of Mangaluru, Dr Satyakrishna Bhat spoke as resource person. Vidwan K Ramachandra Upadhyaya Gokarna conducted Satyanarayana Puja, distributed teertha prasada and blessed everyone. Ladies wing members sang bhajans and conducted Arasina Kumkuma. Honorary chief secretary Kedarnath R Bolar conducted the hall programme and rendered the vote of thanks.



Members and children presented cultural and comedy programmes. ‘Time Bandaga’, a comedy drama written and directed by Rajkumar Karnad was performed at the end.
