Mangalore: Dr Sujatha of KMC Awarded PhD

Mangalore, Oct 16: Dr Sujatha, lecturer in the department of anatomy, Kasturba Medical College Hospital in the city, has been awarded PhD for her research on the 'Evaluation of Role of argyrophilic Cells in the causation of cervical of Preneoplasia and of cervical cancer in Mangalore', under the guidance of KMC dean, Dr C E Raghuveer.

 

Dr Sujatha, wife of Nyzil Peirera Siddakatte and daughter of the late Jerome D'Costa and Juliana D'Costa, is from Siddakatte. The degree was awarded by Manipal University.
