Bantwal, Feb 13: An interesting incident of a jeweller producing gold while investigation into its theft was in progress took place at Vittal police station. Police personnel have registered a case of misuse of law against the complainant and arrested an accused in this connection.

The arrested person is Karyadi quarters, Kula village resident Nizamuddin(26). Jeweller Mohammed Shamir in his police complaint has named Kantadka resident Shakira and Jaleel as accused. The police personnel have registered a case against all the three accused men.

Kanthadka, Alike village resident Shakira (21) had complained to the police station that the back door of his house was found opened by the time he went to the market on December 30 and returned. He had stated that 28 grams gold and three thousand rupees were stolen.

As the investigations picked up speed, a gold merchant has come to the police station with the gold. Shakira is said to be facing financial constraints. Police complainant Shakira had approached Nizamuddin and Jaleel on December 20 and got the gold sold to him.

Police who came to know of the false complaint after selling the gold decided to take legal action and arrested an accused.

    Its simply a kindergarten play.One shouldnt be so childish .and sell gold ,give Police complaint that it is stolen.
