Mumbai, Mar 4: Kadandale Suresh S Bhandary is appointed as the director of Karnataka Tulu Sahitya Academy on directions from the Karnataka government. Karnataka Tulu Sahitya Academy president Dayananda Kattalsar said that the appointment is made in the meeting of Tulu Academy members.

Suresh Bhandary known as the ambassador of Tulu Kannadigas is a member of the advisory committee of Kannadiga Patrakartara Sangha Maharashtra. He is also the trustee and president of Kachuru Nageshwara temple Barkur, Udupi. He is the founder president of Bhandary Maha Mandala. He is the executive president of Manifold cooperative credit society limited, managing director of S B Reality, proprietor of Anagha International, founder president of Kadandale Suresh Bhandary charitable family trust, Sainath Mitra Mandal Cup Parade, Mumbai, managing director of Nageshwara Cine Creations, film producer, generous donor and social worker. He also serves as the sponsor of several Tulu Kannadiga organizations in Maharashtra and Karnataka
