Mangalore: Grand Votive Offering Procession Precedes Blessed Joseph Vaz Miracle Hill Feast

Mangalore, Nov 29: The votive offering procession was held from Blessed Joseph Vaz parish, Mudipu, to Miracle Hill Shrine, here, located a few kilometers away, on Sunday November 29. 

The grand procession of head load offerings was held ahead of a grand feast scheduled to begin on Tuesday December 1 and lasting to Thursday December 3.  

The parishioners and faithful from neighbouring parishes arrived in large numbers to offer sacrifices in the form of grains and vegetables at the Blessed Joseph Vaz Miracle Hill.





































Mudipu parish priest Fr Vinod Lobo conducted the prayer service. 

Fr Basil Vaz, parish priest of Our Lady of Dolours, Bela, blessed the offerings on the occasion and celebrated the Eucharistic Mass.

Elyarpadav parish priest Fr Reginald Pinto, Bola parish priest Fr Pradeep Correa, and Mudipu parish council vice-president Felix D’Souza assisted in offerings.

Mudipu parish priest Fr Andrew D’Souza welcomed the gathering.  Santhu Omzoor compered the programme.
