Considering the BJP's 'Operation Kamala' to buy opposition MLA's and reelection cost, this losses to the ruling BJP government is nothing.

As the contingency plan used the old buses as spares for the operational buses. Use the lock down time to sterilize the cabin of the buses so that passengers feel safe when the normalcy returns.

Sure, they could have bought another 80 luxury buses replacing aged ones! Will it stop buying MLA s or would result in kalape kamagari to make up? Thus more burden on all kinds of road transportation? However we need power!

This loss of 182 crores is indeed terrible. It is not only KSRTC but the people all over world have lost more than that in some way or the other. This coronavirus and the lockdown following that has shattered the economy and it is hard to stabilize soon. Many people have been killed, many are being treated, thousands and thousands have become jobless with no money to make two ends meet. We can just pray to God. STAY HOME and BE SAVE as that is the best medicine so far.

KSRTC always showing loss only. If 2 passenger booked in the bus there is no loss. Some time 50 passenger travel in one trip in that whole income is getting in one trip

Not the right time to estimate losses. Stopping the services has saved life of many whose worth cannot be estimated. Economy Aside, Humanity Aside..

Estimates of loss from each and every organization, public and private, is yet to come out.

Lucky are the ones who sit at home and yet, their salary is credited to their account.
