CCTV records women spitting on polythene bags and throwing in the houses

Jaipur, Apr 13: In an incident in Kota district in Rajasthan, some women were seen spitting in polythene bags and throwing them inside the houses, apparently with an intention to spread coronavirus.

A police official said, "We received a complaint that some women were spitting on polythene bags and throwing them inside the houses of residents in an area in Kota. Municipal corporation machines have been called to sanitize the houses along with the area."

CCTV cameras installed in the locality had recorded the incident.

A resident in the area claimed to have witnessed some four to five women along with some children spitting in polythene bags and throwing them inside the houses at 11 AM. The local said, "When we realized what they were doing, we called them but they immediately ran away. We then called the police and municipal corporation sanitization machines were brought to clean the area."

The police said that they are investigating on the incident but the CCTV footage seemed to be not very clear.
