Mangalore: Inter-Collegiate Fest ‘Sangathya’ Begins on Jan 30 at SAC

Mangalore, Jan 27:
‘Sangathya’, an inter-collegiate fest by Al-Care, the students forum for social concern of St Aloysius College (SAC), will be held on Saturday January 30 at the college campus. 
 
Fr Muller Medical College administrator Fr Denis D’Sa will inaugurate the fest here on Saturday morning.
 
Renowned Kannada writer N Sara Abubaker will be the chief guest at the valedictory ceremony.
 
Sangathya is a small initiative to get students of various colleges to bring their creative minds and talents together to focus it on a better society. 
 
Various competitions such as ‘wealth out of waste’, group discussions, movie reviews, inter-religious quiz, contemporary dances and street plays will be held during the fest.
 
Al-Care is a newly-formed association which comes under the Centre for Social Concern (CSC) and caters to the need of socially underprivileged people with the co-ordination of students through various programmes and activities.
