Mumbai, Jul 29: The annual Nagara Panchami (Mahapanchami) was performed on July 24 at Shree Shantadurga Devasthan, Kavale Math, Walkeshwar the auspicious day of Shravan Shukravar in traditional style.

In view of COVID-19 the celebration took place on a low key, as per the directives of Parampoojya Kavale Mathadheesh Shreemad Shivanand Saraswati Swami Maharaj in the backdrop of regulations from the government.

Pradhan Archak Shri Shashikant Nayak, decorated the moorty with flowers, carried out the puja and aarati of Durgadevi and offered prayers for early eradication of the pandemic and welfare of everyone.
