Mangalore, Mar 25: Mangalore University sources said that the 28th annual convocation of the University will be held at 11 am on Tuesday April 6 in the premises of the Science Complex in Mangala Gangotri.

Union minister of state for external affairs, Shashi Tharoor, will be the chief guest. State governor and University chancellor, H R Bharadwaj, will preside. Higher education minister and pro-chancellor, Aravind Limbavali, will be present, it is learnt.
