Mangalore: KMC Hospital to Hold Free ENT Camps

Daijiworld Media Network - Mangalore

Mangalore, Mar 25: Certain ear conditions are life-threatening and some can result in hearing disabilities. Hence it is very important that an ENT specialist examines and evaluates the patient. If diagnosed early, most of the conditions are curable.

With the view to increase awareness in the general population, KMC Hospital will organize free consultation ear camps at KMC Attavar and KMC Ambedkar Circle.

The camp at KMC Hospital Ambedkar Circle is scheduled to be held on Friday March 26, April 22 and May 6. At KMC Hospital, Attavar it will be held on April 8 and May 21.

The camp will offer free consultation services for patients having complaints of ear discharge, blocked sensations in the ears, decreased hearing, ringing sounds in the ear and giddiness. Furthermore, in order to do a complete evaluation of the patient, the camp will also offer several investigations at hugely subsidized rates.

Dr Sunil Deshpande, Chief operations officer, KMC Hospital has urged the general public to make maximum use of the camp
