Udupi, Apr 26: Chandrashekar Shettigar, a bus conductor eloped with the lover leaving his wife and three children.
The incident took place at Madhaga, near Athradi under Hiriadka police station limits.
Chandrashekar married his lover Raksha Shetty, a resident of Jantra, near Belman neglecting the fact that his wife is alive. The two tied the knot on April 22 and eloped.
Raksha was temporarily employed as a computer operator in Karkala. Her parents were residing at Mumbai and she was staying with her grandmother.
Raksha used to travel to work in everyday in ‘A S Travels’ in which Chandrashekar was the conductor. Their love affair which started in the bus finally ended up in marriage, according to sources.
