Kundapur: Residents of Taluk Experience Mild Tremors

Kundapur, Jun 3: The residents of the taluk here on Thursday June 3 experienced mild tremors coupled with roar at about 12.10 noon.

The tremors that began at around noon has been continuing in the various areas of the taluk and surroundings such as Edamoge, Siddapur, Shankaranarayana up to Kollur. The intensity of tremors is high in places such as Amasebail and Vorkady. 

Panchayat building at Jedimane of Amasebail and few other buildings in Kollur too have developed cracks. The locals experienced displacement of vessels and belongings due to the tremors in most of the places.

    God is certainly not pleased with our deeds, first the crash of an almost landed aircraft and now again he warns us with mild tremor. Somewhere we are going terribly wrong and he warns us to mend our ways.

    please all of u people, be good, pray to GOD, whether you are Hindu, Muslim or Christian, because the worst is yet to start, dont run behind money, lady and land. Do your Duty, dont expect the result,be good to all, preserve mother nature, she dosent need power,hydro and other Mega Projects, Flats, commercial complexes, etc Malls and many more, enough!!!!!!!!!!!! STOP or else see the worst

    When all go against nature, when we destroy the equation and ecology, then nature is sure to give it back to us. Man thinks he is supreme but forgot the the existance of God. We kill one another in the name of God. God has already started punishing us in the form of climate change, delayed rains, famine, draughts and now earth tremors. When the love peace and humanity starts vanishing from the earth, the destructions starts in. Can we not take lessons from our mistakes and submit to the will of God so that we are saved from these furies????

    Mangalore was in the news for an aircrash.  Kundapur and around are warning of  earth tremors.
    God has to help the development that is taking place in coastal Karnataka.

    the tremors are possibly due to construction of huge cavern to store underground in the nearby locality... God knows what methods the contractors are adopting to dig the underground cavern... use of high intensity explosives canot be ruled out...
