Kaup: Youth undertakes Kanyakumari-Ladakh bicycle journey for a cause

Kaup, Jan 11: Sanjay Sreekumar from Kerala, a second year engineering degree student, has undertaken a journey by bicycle from Kanyakumari to Ladakh for pledging support to farmers and for health.

Salnjay, who belongs to a poor family, has already covered a distance of 850 km. He was accorded welcome by locals when he passed through Muloor in the taluk on Saturday. He started this 3,805 km long journey in December and hopes to reach Ladakh in February.

Sanjay who says that having been born in a poor family, he is determined to achieve something. He says that he has undertaken pedalling to support farmers, who are the backbone of the economy, and also for health.
