Bengaluru, Jan 21: 'Resort politics' usually is aimed at keeping party leaders in confinement to protect them from poaching. However, BJP used a resort to build trust and friendship among its office bearers on Tuesday January 19.

The politicians joined together and did something other than politics. Under the leadership of the party's state president, Nalin Kumar Kateel, they joined for playing games, storytelling, exhibiting their talents and so on. The participants were happy and felt rejuvenated.

Under the leadership of Nalin Kumar Kateel, the programme titled 'Sahal' was held in a resort in the outskirts of the city. There were no speeches, discussions, addresses, lectures etc. The leaders played games which promoted team building, earning trust and uniting skills. State BJP spokesperson, Capt Ganesh Karnik, said that they spent a day together playing games and chatting with one another. He said that they learnt the skills of earning mutual trust, affection, belief and organizing skills.
