Sullia, Jan 21: In a report received from the taluk, it is learnt that a man ended his life by consuming acid.
The victim of the incident was Ajith (32) from Deraje in Aranthodu village. After finding that he had consumed acid when inside his house, he was taken to a private hospital in the town. He was being taken to Mangaluru for advanced treatment when he breathed his last, sources said
Reasons for this drastic step are not known. The deceased has left behind his parents and other relatives.
