Karkala: Swine Flu Surfaces in Taluk

Karkala, Jun 18: A number of students studying in Morarji Desai Residential School here have been suffering from fever since some time.

During blood tests, it was found that Kishore (12) from Ellare village in the taluk, and Roshan (12) from Shimoga. Both the children are studying in seventh standard of the said school and have been afflicted with H1N1 flu.

They are being treated in the local government hospital.
