Mangalore: Judicial Remand, Suspension for Tainted Corporation Officials

Mangalore, Jul 3: Lakshminarayan, superintendent of Suratkal sub office of the local city corporation, and second division clerk of the same office, Ramu, who were caught red-handed by the Lokayukta policemen on Thursday, were produced in a local court on Friday July 2. They have been remanded to judicial custody till July 14.

In the meanwhile, city corporation commissioner, Dr Vijayaprakash, said that both the above officials been suspended from service. Other officials have been given additional charge of these posts temporarily, he said.

    Now this is how the honest Govt. should function. I hope Mr Palemar will not stick His nose here too. He has a tendency to do just that,just like He travelled to Bellikeri Port. This is also case from His area of Surathkal and also Lokayuktha handling.

    teach them moral value of helping the humen when work in the office they get salary from tax paid by the country people still they want more for doing their responcible service see that god look you faithfully hard work bring success to the country why in the country of "MAHATHMA"suffering like this this subject must be taught lesson in the school for the moral value
