Bengaluru, Mar 10: Chief minister B S Yediyurappa participated in the International Women’s Day celebrations organized by the state women and children development department in Bengaluru on Wednesday.

He also distributed the Kittur Rani Chennamma and other awards of the department. Deputy chief minister Govind M Karjol, State women and child development minister Shashikala Jolle and others attended the function.
