Bengaluru: Governor, CM offer homage to freedom fighters in Chikkaballapur

Bengaluru, Mar 12: Karnataka governor, Vajubhai Vala and chief minister, B S Yediyurappa on Friday participated in a special programme organized in Chikkaballapur district to mark the 75th anniversary of Indian Independence Day.

The governor and the chief minister paid homage to the memorial of the freedom fighters in Chikkaballapur by offering flowers.

Dr K Sudhakar of Health and Family Welfare and also the district in-charge minister accompanied the leaders along with other local leaders and officials.
