Mumbai, Mar 27: IITC (International Institute of Training Centre) held a grand convocation for its aviation IATA students and fashion designing students on March 25 at the Grand Ballroom of the Leela's Resorts and Pvt Ltd Andheri East.
The students were honoured with international certification in the IATA training programme which will help them to take up a career in the aviation and travel tourism industry worldwide. The fashion students will be awarded the prestigious IITC fashion diploma which is accepted again worldwide. We are proud to announce that despite the pandemic the students' education was not affected and the professors and the IITC management didn't leave any stone unturned to see the students' mindset was not affected and more than 100 students passed the IATA international exam in 2020-2021.
IITC also managed to get jobs to students in the relevant industry despite the challenges faced by most of the industries. We are also thankful to our guest of honour Apoorva Marda CEO of the well-known travel brand Vibrant Holidays and Umesh Pherwani well-known celebrity and motivational guru and celebrity aviation trainer who have graced the occasion to make this convocation a special moment for the graduating students. IITC directors Vikrant Urwal and Sandesh Urwal were presence on the dais.
The show was hosted by Shanon Chawan Rock a corporate trainer and image consultant, who is a top corporate trainer and an image consultant. Faculties Priyanka D'Souza, Maju Raut, Bharti Patil, Amrita Kavade, Vandana Jain, Urvashi Sharma, Anjali Mishra and Pooja were thanked for all their efforts and dedication for the students' successful journey.
IITC director Neha Sandhesh and IITCian Shridhar Rao, Srinivas Joktake, Muralidhar Bhat, Dombivili and many others were present. Students of Riddhi Shah, Nayan Muskai, Deepika Morphany, Akash Shah, Ritika Kelaskar expressed their views.
The founder and managing director of IITC, SK Urwal was offered a silent prayer of condolence. Vikrant Urwal welcomed the gathering. Shanon Chawan Rock hosted the rock event. Sandesh Urwal proposed a vote of thanks.
