Covaxin to be available in Udupi from May 15

Udupi, May 14: The district administration has made arrangements to avail the second dose of (Covaxin) vaccine to those beneficiaries who have availed the first dose of (Covaxin) vaccines on March 25 and before that, in the Udupi City.
 
Vaccines will be available at Udupi City Primary Health Center (200 doses). Manipal City Primary Health Center (200 doses), St Cecily's School, in front of district hospital (250 doses), FPAI Kukkikatte (98 doses), and Child Hospital Udupi (200 doses). The vaccination will be available on May 15. The beneficiaries will receive a message and can avail vaccine by taking Aadhar Card along with them.
 
If by default, any individual receives a message regarding Covaxin availability they are requested to ignore it and avoid visiting the vaccination centre. Those who are to receive the second dose of Covisheld can visit the health centres on May 17, informed additional deputy commissioner Sadhashiva Prabhu via a press release.
