Moodbidri, Jul 15: Snehalaya in a programme handed over a house constructed by them in Janata Colony, Paladka gram panchayat to Gopala Nayak, who is paralysed.

Gopala Nayak lives with difficulty in an old and weak house. His wife and he worked on daily wages. The villagers had donated five cents of the land to construct the house for them. Snehalaya upon request made to them constructed a house for the couple.

RC Readymix concrete managing director Kiran Kumar C J who handed over the keys commended the noble work of Snehalaya.

Paladka gram panchayat president Dinesh Poojary, vice president Sukesh Shetty, Paladka church pastoral council vice-president Arthur Dais, Olivia Crasta of Snehalaya were present.

Snehalaya Paladka unit president Oswald D’Souza thanked the gathering. Geo Agrar compered the programme.
