Bengaluru, Oct 8: The Karnataka high court, on Thursday October 7, adjourned the hearing of applications relating to former minister Ramesh Jarkiholi sex CD expose case to November 2.

Separate public interest litigations filed to question the validity of the formation of the special investigation team by the government, and the one requesting to handover investigation to Central Bureau of Investigation apart from the other application moved by the affected lady who has sought to hear her arguments came up before a division bench of the high court presided over by acting Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma.

The hearing was adjourned because of the fact that advocate for the lady, Indira Jaisingh, was indisposed.
