Services of guest lecturers will be continued this year too

Bengaluru, Oct 8: The State Government has decided to continue the services of guest lectures who had worked in the last year in various universities during the year 2021-22 also.

Higher Education Minister Dr C N Ashwatha Narayana made the announcement in Bengaluru on Friday.

The guest lecturers will be relieved (discharged) of their duties for a day (single day) and will be continued, the Minister informed.

This decision has been made taking into account the public and academic interests. Considering the situation arising out of the COVID-19 situation, Dr Narayana explained.
