Mangaluru: AYM of Guardian Angel Parish organizes 'Baal Angelore 2021'

Mangaluru, Oct 11: The Angelore Youth Movement of Guardian Angel Parish organized Baal Angelore 2021 to sparkle the young and energetic talents of the little ones of the parish on October 10, 2021 at 5.00 pm. The programme was presided by Fr William Menezes parish priest and Fr Lawrence Cutinha, assistant parish priest along with Noel Pinto, parish vice president and Lolina D’souza, secretary.

The event started with prayer song. The AYM president Melisha Sony Pinto welcomed the gathering. Wencita Dias, Adeline Pinto, Disha Moras and Primika D’Souza were the hosts of the contest. Fr William Menezes wished all the good luck to the litle ones who came forward to participate in the contest by his inspiring message. He appreciated the little children for showcasing their talents.

Kids are store house of talents. 18 children showcased their talents in the first round, out of which eight qualified for the second round, and furthermore five out of them were qualified for the final round.

The judges Renita Aranha, Preetha Aroza, Sr Ancilla Demelli expressed that it was an amazing experience to judge the performance of the lovely kids. Sion Asher D’Silva was crowned as the winner of Baal Angelore 2021. Zoe Izabel Rodrigues and Elvina Mercy Serrao secured the second and third place respectively.

Apart from this the youth came up with various cultural programs which included singing, dance and flash mob. Prizes of various competition held on account Monti Fest were distributed to the winners. Joylin Jasmine D’souza the AYM secretary proposed the vote of thanks.

Over all the event was appreciated by all the parishioners and was a grand success.
