Bengaluru, Oct 12: The long-expected rejig of the state ministry, as per information, is sure to happen after the bypoll results. Four current ministers are likely to be moved out of the ministry as per the high command instructions. At the same time, performance appraisals of the cabinet members will be undertaken in order to make them feel the heat.

By The time results of polls to Sindagi and Hangal constituencies are announced, the state government headed by Basavaraj Bommai, would have completed a hundred days in office. On this occasion, the performance review of ministers will be undertaken. Those who will be moved out will be asked to hand over resignations and their experience and capacity will be used for strengthening the party organization. It is learnt that the high command has already discussed the issue once.

Zilla panchayat, taluk panchayat and other elections are due to be held shortly. Actually at the time of the formation of Bommai ministry, seniors were planned to be dropped but they brought pressure from the top leadership by visiting Delhi and undertaking lobbying. Under pressure from top leaders and organizations, the national leadership postponed the decision. As the party needs to discuss with senior leaders and strengthen the party organisational set up. It is learnt that a team mostly completing senior leaders will work to strengthen the party's organizational performance.

There are indications, that not only senior ministers, but also those whose performance is not up to the expectation, can be dropped from the ministry.

The party has decided to divide senior leaders into teams which will take up state tours. Several leaders will be assigned with the BBMP election and legislative council election, it is learnt.
