Mangaluru, Oct 15: A unique banner has been displayed wishing for Navaratri festival near Agamya Chethana Institute on Chota Mangaluru road in Ullal.

The banner displayed on a compound wall reads, "Local citizens wish a Happy Navaratri to the popular MLA of Ullal, president city municipal council, officers and councillors. Without responding to any appeals submitted by the locals and without making arrangements for the easy flow of the stagnant water on the road, they have created inconvenience to the public. On behalf of local residents, lot of thanks to you all."

The banner is written in the name of local residents, temple road Ullal. As the stagnant water created inconvenience to vehicle drivers and the pedestrians, some people have installed the banner.
