Overconfident leads to this type of accidents. All the bus drivers are like this. The moment they sit behind the steering, they'll think that road belongs to them, and all others on the road are just useless peoples. As long as RTO and police are blind such things are going to happen forever.......

Hi, LEWIS you and I are very lucky and happy that the house on which the bus had fallen is not our's....When there is no curve guard(protection) according to your ROAD ENGG theory then it is the duty of the DRIVER to be cautious when he comes to a curve as there are innocent people seated in his bus. There are no curve guards in some of the deep curves on the AGUMBE and CHARMADI ghats then what do you say?

    Glen,

Your thoughts run too wild. Gulf country is perhaps the best abode for you, not to our drivers. Why blame drivers ? They are taking care to run the basic transportaion need of people in every remote areas. One should be grateful to the drivers and conductors. Curved narrow roads, license awarded without proper justification of the mental abilities of driving, competitive timings imposed on the drivers etc to be looked at.

Driver has to earn his bread too. I guess, the administration, whether DC office, or RTOffice or PWD should workout in coordination to avoid such incidents.Lessons are not learnt but just ignored.

Moreover the nature in the form of rain or summer etc has some implications on the way the bus runs or the driver thinks.

Please dont blame the game, try to address it to the relevant authority than inking here without the realilzation of blobs created everywhere.

Comments of Louis does not carry any weightage and humanity when writing on such incidents where life of the peoples' inside the bus and house were at stakes.

all the best to you, think positive and spare reaction from the concerned ones

Honorable ladies & gentlemen,This might be the 100th time I'm listening to the same idiotic story:............once upon a time there was a bus and it fell down .......will this remain as a folktail in manglorean history?the best solution for these accidents is that all the great bus drivers of mangalore should be brought into gulf countries and should be asked to drive.........I guess the prison will be overflowing if this happens.....no offense to anyone
