Mumbai, Dec 9: An employee of the hotel where an adventure camp was organised and another person who arranged transportation for the participants turned hostile in the 2008 Malegaon blast case.

After the blasts took place, accused Lt Col Prasad Purohit gave an inciting speech on communal lines, as per the claim of the investigating agency. However, both the witnesses neither identified Purohit nor gave any statement against him. The NIA court is hearing the case.

So far 10 witnesses have turned hostile in the case. There was a third witness who was present in the court but he was not cross examined.

One more witness who participated in the adventure camp turned hostile in August 2021. More than 200 witnesses have been cross examined in this case so far.
