Mumbai: Man killed by neighbour for playing music at high volume

Mumbai, Dec 10: A man killed his neighbour for playing music at high volume. This incident occurred on the night of Wednesday, December 8 at Ambujwadi of Malwani.

The victim is identified as Surendra Kumar Gunnar (40). He was sitting outside his shanty and listening to songs on a tape recorder. His neighbour Saif Ali Chand Ali Sheikh (25) asked Gunnar to reduce the volume of the music. But he did not pay heed to his words and continued to play music. In a fit of rage, the accused Sheikh hit him and also banged him against the door. The deceased fell unconscious and bled profusely. Though he was rushed to a nearby hospital, he died on the way.

A case in this regard is registered and the accused is arrested.
