Mangaluru, Feb 11: Rachana, Catholic Chamber of Commerce and Industry organized a talk on budget. The programme was held at the MCC Bank Auditorium. Gerard Colaco was the speaker on the budget.

Rachana President Vincent Cutinha welcomed the gathering.

Gerard Colaco highlighted the Budget points. He explained in simple way to ensure people gathered understand what the Budget is all about.

Colaco said, "We can not expect a reduction in Taxes we pay. The GDP and fiscal deficit has to be carefully calculated. Common people will continue to be in trouble with policies in budget.  We have to be careful about our liabilities in business to safeguard our own entrepreneurship." Colaco highlighted everything in a simple way.

Norbert Shenoy, Rachana Member introduced Colaco to the gathering. Lavina Monteiro, secretary Rachana proposed the vote of thanks. Leslie Rego compered the programme.
