Udupi: Grand welcome offered to Dharmadhikari Veerendra Heggade at Krishna Math

Udupi, Feb 12: Dharmadhikari of Shree Kshethra Dharmasthala Dr Veerendra Heggade was given grand welcome with band and trumpets when he arrived at Krishna Math.

Dr Heggade was escorted by Diwan of Math Varadaraja Bhat and priest Srinivasa Upadhyaya and took him for darshan of Lord Krishna. Dr Heggade received Anugraha Manthrakshathe from Sri Vidyasagaratheertha Sripada, seer of Krishnapur Math.

Dr H L Manjunath, executive of Shree Kshethra Dharmasthala rural development scheme, Ganesh, district director, Vasanth Salian, regional director, Veeru Shetty, personal secretary, Vishnu Padigar, Vasudeva Perampalli, Murali Kadekar, Ganesh Rao and Gangadhar Rao were present.
