Kundapur: Contractor dies as car plunges into drain

Kundapur, Mar 9: In an accident which happened near Goliangadi on Tuesday March 8, Subhaschandra Shetty, who was a contractor by profession, breathed his last.

The tragedy happened when the car in which Shetty was travelling went out of control and jumped into the roadside drain. Shetty suffered serious injuries in the accident.

Shetty was rushed to hospital. But he did not respond to treatment. Shankaranarayana police station personnel reached the spot and began investigation.
