30 days is a very long waiting period and that itself will give ample opportunity for corruption. Can the mayor implement a zero corruption atmosphere in the MCC operations??? As of now cash is freely flowing at all levels and for all the services provided by the MCC and I am sure no one can deny this state of affairs.
