K G Bopaiah led delegation of Kodava leaders calls on Bommai

Bengaluru, Mar 24: A delegation of Kodava leaders from Kodagu district called on Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai in his office in Vidhana Soudha on Thursday, March 24.

The delegation of Kodava community leaders was led by former speaker of State Legislative Assembly K G Bopaiah.

The delegation discussed issues pertaining to Kodagu district.

Earlier, Kannada matinee idol Dr Raj Kumar’s son Shivaraj Kumar, Kannada film star and his wife Gita called on the Chief Minister.

The Chief Minister later held a meeting on various issues pertaining to Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation.

Transport Minister B Sriramulu, KSRTC Chairman M Chandrappa, KSRTC Managing Director Shivayogi Kalasad, Finance Department Additional Chief Secretary ISN Prasad, Principal Secretary Rajendra Kumar Kataria, Chief Minister’s Principal Secretary N Manjunath Prasad and other officers attended the meeting.
