Bengaluru: No flood relief funds - Sulibele expresses rage against Sadananda Gowda

Daijiworld Media Network - Bengaluru (MS)

Bengaluru, Oct 2: Thinker Chakravarti Sulibele, who had expressed his displeasure on BJP MPs of the state and also Prime Minister Narendra Modi recently, has vented his anger against union minister D V Sadananda Gowda.

Sadananda Gowda had tweeted recently saying that he pitied those who mislead public by telling fake stories about funds related to flood relief. Sulibele has taunted Sadananda Gowda by a return tweet saying "Lol, he has come now."

D V Sadananda Gowda had tweeted, "We pity those who are misleading the public of Karnataka by creating fake stories of flood relief funds that need to be given to the victims of the deluge. Necessary reports with regards to emergency relief, interim relief and long-term relief are already prepared."

Sulibele has tweeted "Lol! He (Sadananda Gowda) has come now. The land of Karnataka pities you. You have the arrogance of saying that the deluge victims of North Karnataka are misleading the public. Do not forget that your ministership is the alms given by the public. If the flood relief funds do not arrive even after months of receding of the flood, how it is useful for the people who are trying to rebuild their lives?"

Recently, Sulibele had written on his Yuvalive website that the state feels the absence of Bengaluru MP Anant Kumar after the deluge. Sulibele had expressed resentment saying that it feels as if there is not a single MP from the state who can effectively appraise the union government of the grievances of the people of Karnataka.

Sulibele had written further on his blog, "It is really sad that none of the present MPs of the state has the capability to fight with the center and get what is required for the state of Karnataka. Moreover, they are not one or two but 25 MLAs of BJP! Out of the rest three, Sumalatha Ambareesh has entered the parliament for the first time. The position of Prajwal Revanna is also more or less the same. By the time these people understand the functioning of parliament, the five-year term will be over. The only MP of Congress is busy in bailing his brother D K Shivakumar out from the clutches of Enforcement Directorate (ED). So it seems there is not a single person, who can effectively be the voice of Karnataka in the parliament."

Feels as if there is not a single MP from the state who can effectively appraise the union government of the grievances of the people of Karnataka. Sulibele, they are busy filling their pockets. You wanted and you see what you wanted in reality. You too need to take responsibility for being silent. You talk as if you are a revolutionary, but you are a coward like the rest. This is the Unity of India you desired, right? Unity in poverty and helplessness.

Being an active member of the Namo fanatic organisation Chakravarti Sulibele is considered close to the ruling BJP. He serves close proximity to the sitting MP Nalin and NAMO Naresh who is jailed in RTI activist murder.

Karnataka is witnessed the worst flood situation in 45 years, chief minister BS Yediyurappa. Karnataka flood fury climbs to 76. Over 992 livestock were also killed due to the heavy rains
Around 103 taluks in 22 districts of the state have been badly hit with over 6.9 lakh hectares of crop loss. Around 75,317 houses are damaged due to the rains. The floods are touted to have caused losses to the tune of ₹50,000 crores.

When the floods hit last year in Kodagu in which 12 people have lost their lives. 845 houses have been damaged out of which 773 houses are partially damaged the BJP in their officially twitted the below criticizing then CM Kumaraswamy of the JD(S)-Congress coalition.

It’s been more than 7 days since massive rainfall has bought lives to a standstill in Kodagu. People are living in fear & Kumaraswamy govt just doesn’t seem to care, is it because Kodagu voted for BJP or is it because you don’t consider Kodagu a part of Karnataka. Wake up Kumaranna-7:58 PM - 15 Aug 2018.

The BJP which has enough money and resources to spend on buying 20 MLA's from the Congress-JD(S) ruling dethrone the government. It can offer a free five-star hotel stay in Mumbai and the private jet has nothing to offer for the flood victims.

The damages due to floods, in Karnataka alone, can be estimated at more than ₹36,000 Cr. The Central govt has not given a single paisa as an aid. During 2009 floods Dr. Manmohan Singh surveyed the affected areas & announced ₹1,500 crores relief funds immediately.

The Karnataka BJP has enough money for 'operation kamala'. But when it comes to flood victims its primary focus seems to be winning bye-elections.
