Jyoti Cycle inaugurates showroom at Kottara, third one in Mangaluru

Mangaluru, Jan 3: The third showroom of Jyoti Cycle in the city was inaugurated on Sunday, January 3 by Badrinath Nayak,  Gopinath Nayak, Rayappa Nayak and Jyoti Prasad Nayak at Kottara.

The lighting of the lamp was done by senior members of the family. It was a joyful occasion for the family as they celebrated their 75th year of being in business. The Kottara showroom will be led by Arun Nayak, who will be taking cues from what his grandfather and founder of the firm the late Raghuveer Nayak and the second-generation of the family have carried forward till now. Arun Nayak has an ambitious goal of spreading the wings further. Under his able leadership, the store will be promoting brands Hero, BSA, Tata Stryder and Firefox.

For over 75 years it has made leading international and national brands accessible to people of Mangaluru and now are elated to launch their third showroom in the city.     There are lot of cycling enthusiasts. Wish people cycles where possible and less demand for petrol and may the fuel be available at realistic pricing. Did not see any mention of electric cycles which can be ridden to longer distances to avoid fuel dependency!
