Mangaluru, Sep 22: Institute of Physiotherapy, Srinivas University had organized a six day hands on certificate course on 'Fascial Manipulation by Stecco- Level 1' from September 13 to 18 at Srinivas Saffron Hotel, Mangaluru.
Kobi Weiss, an eminent therapist from Israel was the Instructor for the course. An overview of the myofascial (musculoskeletal system) with its mechanics and how it affects movement was given followed by hands on sessions related to its assessment.
A total of 20 participants had enrolled for the course from different regions of India.
