Mangalore: Converting Hardwork into Fun Makes Sneha & Andrea Toppers

Mangalore, May 11: Their joy and merriment had no bounds as finally their sheer hardwork had paid off. Certainly the PUC toppers Sneha and Andrea were on cloud nine, happily expressing their joy on accomplishing their goal.
Sneha Shines in Science
Sneha, a student of Expert College has bagged 97% in the science stream with 99 in Physics, 100 in Chemistry, 98 in Mathematics and 99 in Biology with an overall total of 582. She pursued her school education in Canara Institute.
Speaking to Daijiworld about her success in the examination, Sneha says thorough preparation right from the beginning is very essential to score well in the exams. “Nothing great can be achieved with last minute preparation. Concentration and focus in studies from 7 am to 7 pm in college and day-to-day revision after getting back home was the key to my success,” she reveals. She gives credits to her teachers who played a vital role in her achievement.
Daughter of Meenakshi V and G S Venkatakrishna, Sneha wants to be a successful doctor. She is also very interested in the field of psychology. Listening to melodious songs and reading novels are her other interests.
Topper in Commerce – Andria Preetha
Overwhelmed at her success Andrea said she has got much more than she expected. “I was expecting 96-97% but I am extremely happy that I scored 98% with 100 marks in Business Studies, Statistics and Accountancy and 99 in Basic Maths."
Student of St Aloysius College, Andrea says her parents and lecturers were very supportive and helped her in all ways possible. She aims to become a Chartered Accountant. Singing and dancing are her special interests, tools she always used to unwind. She is the daughter of Alphonse Sequeira who works for Vijaya Bank, and Myriam Sequeira, an employee of Syndicate Bank.
