Bahrain CBSE Topper is also Mangalorean

Bahrain, May 24 : It is indeed a 'Mangalorean Tuesday' around the Middle East, with one more news coming in of a CBSE topper who also hails from the coastal part of Karnataka.
Christopher Stephen D'Souza, a student of Indian School, Kingdom of Bahrain, who hails from Thottam, Udupi has scored a record 97.8% in the science stream in Bahrain's CBSE exams, the highest in the history of his school, and stands first in the country in the overall results.
Son of Joseph Egbert D'Souza and Ina Karmelita D'Souza, Christopher is currenly in India with his parents on holiday. He plans to pursue mechanical engineering.
Speaking to Daijiworld.com from Thottam, he said, "I thank my parents, relatives and teachers for all their support and prayers. It is a great moment for me and my family. I aim to work even harder and do well in my studies in the future also."
