Abu Dhabi: KCF UAE holds family get together

Abu Dhabi, Dec 23: Karnataka Cultural Foundation (KCF) UAE held a family get together on December 18 at Ummul Basateen park on the outskirts of the city.

The programme was held under the title ‘Mahabba 2022’. Around 150 families participated in the programme.

The programme began at 10 am with prayer from Kedumbadi Ibrahim Sakafi. Kabeer Bayambadi inaugurated the event. The programme went on till 8 pm.

Various forms of indoor games, cultural programmes, art and programmes reflecting our culture were held in the morning for youths, children and women.

In the afternoon, tug-of-war, Kabaddi and sports were organized for children. Prizes were distributed to winners. Health programme was held to create awareness. Food and delicacies in a food court style were arranged.

Guests who arrived from different parts of UAE were welcomed through cultural Duff songs.

In the valedictory programme that was held in the evening, Ulema leader Madavana Mohiuddin Bakavi Ustaad was the chief guest. President of Byaris welfare forum Mohammed Ali Ucchila, secretary C A Abdullah Madumoole and other dignitaries were present.

Moosa Haji Basara, Abdul Jaleel Nizami, Ibrahim bright marble, Abdul Hameed Saadi, Hasainaar Amani, Hakim Turkalike Nawaz Haji Kotekar were present.

Ummar master Sullia coordinated the sports events. Shahul Hameed Sakafi compered the stage programme. This programme is called a milestone in the history of KCF.
