The person who deals in ganja is going to get punishment he deserves. But one thing I cannot understand that the cultivating ganja tree cannabis is illegal also the ganja . But, the bhang which is equally intoxicating is legal in India. Bhang also is from cannabis tree. When cannabis tree is illegal then how one can get bhang ? During Holi, in our society they prepare so much bhang they offer even to passers by and policemen.

I asked our Hsg society, from where they procured cannabis leaves for bhang. They said growing of cannabis trees is not entirely banned. Govt allows some parties to grow cannabis trees/plants for medicinal and other purposes. There are authorized shops to sell cannabis leaves for bhang. However, there are plenty of other people growing cannabis for ganja , who are arrested, if found.

Instead of blaming the government why don't you advise your cult to lead a dignified life like others in in India? Always we can hear loud prayers and religious preaching from your prayer centers. Why don't you preach your people not to indulge in illegal things??
