Bangalore, Jun 1 (PTI) A 29-year-old actress has been taken into custody on the charge of attempted prostitution, police said.She had acted in two Kannada films and three television serials, police said. The name of the actress, who was detained yesterday, was not provided by the police.A 40-year-old woman, a pimp, who had acted in two teleserials, and two men were also taken into custody, police said.The trio was detained when they came to a hotel along with the actress for allegedly helping her indulge in prostitution, police added.Another accused fled from the scene, they said.
