Bantwal: Bullet tanker, car collision – One driver critically injured

Bantwal, Jan 19: A bullet tanker and a car collided against each other on the new concrete road at Surikumer junction on Thursday, January 19. The car driver was critically injured in the accident.

The bullet tanker was on the way to Mangaluru when it rammed into the car headed for Mani.

The car driver has been admitted to Tumbe hospital.

The car was completely damaged in the impact.

The Vittal station police visited the spot and are conducting investigations.

    Is there any responsibility from thr car manufacturer on why the car is mangled so much where the lorry has only lost half the bumper, when are as general public hold the manufacturer also partly responsible for the cheap stuff used as main safety features ???.its time the manufacturer get their act straight aswell.#justasking, #vehiclemanufacture,#driversafety

    Unscientific roads. Not making Smart City by daily deadly accident reports. Accidents by collision with heavy vehicles is bad traffic rules and regulations from ministry.
